An immersive documentary experience of the 'Els 4 Gats' cafe about the legendary modernist venue. The pilot consists of a trip back in time to modernist-era Barcelona, ​​where two users share the experience of exploring the corners of Els 4 Gats' using virtual reality glasses. T

The experience begins with a 360 video where the character of Pere Romeu, the original owner of the tavern, makes an introduction. The user is then transported to the restaurant, recreated in CGI with a combination of photogrammetry and modeling techniques, which builds an interactive VR space shared by two users in real time.

The two users can teleport within this space to interact with different points of interest that have interactive elements of the modernist era, as well as share their experience with the other user within the platform, making use of technology of holo-conference (Holomit) developed by i2Cat.

Tools such as Depth360 (Eurecat; generation of 360 stereoscopic video from a monoscopic recording) and DensePose (CVC, segmented rotoscopy of the character) have also been applied in the experience.
